  1.           SALVAGE VALUE (Building & Land)

  3.    This section computes the future residual value of a
  4. building or group of buildings on a given site at any given
  5. point in the useful life of the building or group of
  6. buildings.   The building (or group of buildings) is subject
  7. to decay and obsolescence tempered by the inflation rate,
  8. while the land appreciates at the inflation rate.   The decay
  9. factor is 0.83.   To develop a constant dollar salvage value
  10. enter 0 when asked for inflation rate.   To use this section
  11. for capital items other than buildings and land you will have
  12. to accept a decay factor 0.83, and enter 0 under land value
  13. while entering the capital item value under building value.
  14. Data needed at hand is: Useful life of the building (years),
  15. Term to salvage value (years), Initial land value, Initial
  16. building value, Inflation rate.
